FAYETTEVILLE, NC – The Fayetteville State volleyball team will host a CIAA Mini Roundup this weekend at Felton J. Capel Arena.
The Roundup will begin on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. with two matches featuring Virginia State against Shaw and Chowan against Saint Augustine’s. The Roundup will conclude on Sunday, Sept. 30 with an 11 a.m. match consisting of Elizabeth City State and Shaw. Admission to all of the matches this weekend is free of charge, and all fans can enter Capel Arena through the second-level entrance.
A total of six teams, including the Lady Broncos, will participate in the CIAA Mini Roundup. The other five teams are: Virginia State, Shaw, Chowan, Saint Augustine’s and Elizabeth City State. There will be a total of six games played on the opening day of the CIAA Mini Roundup, and three on the final day of competition.

Fayetteville State, prior to the CIAA Mini Roundup, will remain in conference play as it hosts Saint Augustine’s on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 6 p.m.
