Saint Andrews College connected for 20 hits including seven doubles in their 9-0 and 9-2 wins over the Lady Broncos. Saint Andrews jumped out to an early lead in the first game. The Lady Knights scored three runs in the first inning on a two-run double by Devane Rushing and a double by Kailee Munden. The final runs that ended the game came in the fifth inning on Brianna Shortleff two-run double.
The Lady Broncos took an early 1-0 lead in the second game on a bunt by DeOandra Peterson. Ariel McNair reached base on a fielder's choice, forcing Peterson out at second. Shatia Gidrey singled down third base line, sending McNair to second. McNair stole third, putting her in scoring position. Donieca Ebron singled over second scoring McNair. The inning ended when LaToya Brown struck out.
The Lady Broncos would add another run in the second but the Lady Knights would answer with three more to extend their lead to 7-2. A two-run single by Mika Tanji in the sixth concluded the scoring.
