Miguel Justiniano, affectionately known as "Coach Who", is in his sixth season in charge of the Fayetteville State softball program.

In his previous five seasons at FSU, Justiniano has coached nine All-CIAA first or second team players and led the Broncos to the 2009 CIAA Championship series and Western Division Title. FSU finished as CIAA Runner-Ups in that season, falling to three-time champion Bowie State.

Prior to his arrival at FSU, Justiniano served as the assistant softball coach for Methodist University. Justiniano was instrumental in coaching the outfield, infield, as well as coaching first base. He was also in charge of the junior varsity team at Methodist.

A graduate of Campbell University, he has an extensive background of coaching in baseball both at the semi-pro level and in the youth league. He has played professional baseball in Guam. Justiniano led an Air National Guard Women's Slow Pitch team to Nationals prior to coaching at Methodist.

His son, Michael, is an Assistant Coach at FSU.
