The Lady Broncos jumped to an early lead in the first half to gallop by Livingstone College Lady Blue Bears inside the Capel Arena, 96-72.

The Lady Broncos had four players in double figures, with junior forward Tenisha McArthur leading all scorers with 26 points, along with seven rebounds. Also in double figures: senior Rebecca Charles with 14 points, junior Passion Phillips with 10 points, and freshman Jocabia Lucas with 11 points. Charles also had 11 rebounds, earning her fifth double-double of the season.

Fayetteville State's pressure defense caused Livingstone to commit 50 turnovers which translated into 43 points for the Lady Broncos.

The win improves FSU's record to 12-5 overall and 8-2 in the CIAA, while Livingstone falls to 4-10 overall and 3-6 in the CIAA.
