Lady Broncos Girls Basketball Camp
Head Coach of the 2010 CIAA Women's Basketball Champions Eva Patterson-Heath welcomed 45 youth girls on Monday for a three-day camp.
Tyreece Brown has completed six seasons as an assistant coach with the Fayetteville State women's basketball team. A native of Philadelphia, PA, Brown joined the women's basketball coaching staff at the start of the 2011-12 season.
Brown works primarily with the Lady Bronco guards and recruiting. As an assistant coach, Brown is responsible for recruiting, scouting, preseason and individual workouts, and coordinating video operations.
A 2008 graduate of Fayetteville State, Brown was a two-year starter for the men's basketball team. He captained the 2005 Bronco squad to the CIAA Championship Game.
As a senior, Brown was one of only three HBCU Basketball athletes to receive the Arthur Ashe Award. The award is given to a scholar-athlete that excels in athletics, academic excellence, and community activism.
