Even as Livingstone's Tyhiem Pitt was racing 100 yards down the sideline to tie the game after a blocked field goal midway through the second quarter, it never felt as though the Fayetteville State Broncos were in any kind of danger. That's because Chauncey Concepcion was at quarterback.
