Feb. 8, 2007 Fayetteville State University's Kenny Phillips has announced the signing of 12 players to the school's national Letter of Intent. Coming off a 3-7 season, Phillips stated that this recruiting class has addressed some of the Broncos' needs at this time, "We are looking forward to signing more players throughout the signing period."
