Fayetteville State University's senior offensive guard Carlton Perry, III has been voted to the Daktronics All-Southeast Region Football 2nd Team, as selected by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Perry, a 6-3, 304, Mount Olive, North Carolina native, was instrumental in the offensive line as he opened holes for his runners and provided protection for his quarterbacks.

A four starter, his presence was a dominating force and his efforts helped the team to average 141.5 rushing yards and 320.8 total offensive yards last season. He has been graded 90% or better. In 2006, he was instrumental in the Broncos as they averaged 261.6 total offensive yards and 4.2 yards per play.
