Dr. Royal is the rare chiropractor who doubles as American military hero.
Upon his graduation from North Carolina A&T State (He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology), where his honors included National Dean's List, Golden Key National Honor Society and Psi-Chi National Honor Society participation, Dr. Royal served in the United States Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserves for more than 22 years. The retired major's military career included deployments in support of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Joint Guard in Bosnia and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq and Kuwait.
Dr. Royal graduated from Life University's Doctor of Chiropractic program in June 2001.
The native of neighboring Sampson County believes his ties with this community has energized a desire to serve such a diverse population as is found here in Cumberland County and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Royal states that, as a chiropractor, "I understand that although our patients may be diagnosed with the same condition, they respond very differently to treatments. For this reason, I take special care in tailoring a specific plan of action to meet your needs, goals and unique medical and physical condition."
Dr. Royal owns Royal Chiropractor Center in Fayetteville, where he helps patients with all their chiropractic needs.
