The objective of Fayetteville State Sports Camps is to provide qualified training in specific sports for boys and girls of various age groups. Attention will be placed on fundamental skills, strategy, conditioning, techniques, individual and team offense, and defense. Experienced instruction will greatly assist the individual(s) to improve his or her skill level while offering the opportunity for the development of maximum potential.
All campers are expected to conduct themselves properly, sportsmanlike manner at all times. Serious violations of camp regulations, such as willful damage to school property, will result in immediate dismissal. In the event of a dismissal, no refunds will be offered.
In conforming with NCAA Rules and Regulations, a camper who is academically eligible to enter college in the fall of 2017 cannot attend the Fayetteville State Sports Camps. In addition, an insurance waiver form and physical form must be signed prior to participation. Campers should bring a copy of a recent physical to all camps.
June 14-16, 2017
The purpose of the FSU Tennis camp is to offer to middle school through high school boys and girls, the opportunity to learn the game of tennis (beginners) or sharpen their current game skills (intermediate). This is targeted for both recreational and tennis team success at the next level.
The FSU Tennis Camp will be held Wednesday, June 14th through Friday, June 16th from 8:30 a.m. until 12 noon. Campers have the option to pre-register at $50 or registration after June 5th at $65.

Football will host the third annual "Prospect Camp" on Tuesday, July 11th and Thursday, July 13th with registration beginning at 8:15 a.m., camp sessions beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding with a campus tour at 11:00 a.m. Registration is only available the day of the camp at a fee of $40. This camp is targeted for rising high school seniors.

FSU volleyball camp is designed to offer young ladies the opportunity to learn, improve, and refine the basic fundamental skills of volleyball in a positive and fun atmosphere. The beginners/intermediate camp is open to girls ages 9-18 to be held July 12-13; while the advanced camp is open to girls ages 13-18 to be held July 12-14.
Previous team or competitive experience is not required, but all campers will need a desire to improve their skills. The registration fee is $90 for the beginner camp and $120 for the advanced camp ($10 discount for family registrations and FSU employees). The sessions will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Early registration deadline is June 30, 2017.

FSU football will hold their annual "7-On-7" on Friday, July 14th with registration beginning at 8:00 a.m. and the sessions beginning with team organizations at 9:30 a.m. Camp sessions will conclude each day at 4:00 p.m. Registration will be $150 per team, only cash will be accepted if registering the day of the camp.

The 17th annual "FSU Cheerleading Camp" will be held Saturday, July 15th from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The camp is open to ages four and up. Campers have the option to pre-register at $25 or register the day of the camp at $35.
Cheerleading camp will emphasize personal, confidence, coordination and body control, simple dance numbers, and basic stunt skills. Participants will enjoy lively music, spirited cheers, and fun performances. They also gain confidence as they learn to perform before an audience, including the closing performance for family and friends.

FSU has partnered with Fayetteville/Cumberland Parks & Recreation to host a youth softball camp at the 121 Lamon Street Ballpark from Monday, July 17th through Friday, July 21st.
