The objective of Fayetteville State Sports Camps are to provide qualified training in specific sports for boys and girls of various age groups. Attention will be placed on fundamental skills, strategy, conditioning, techniques, individual and team offense, and defense. Experienced instruction will greatly assist the individual(s) to improve his or her skill level, while offering the opportunity for the development of maximum potential.

All campers are expected to conduct themselves proper, sportsmanlike manner at all times. Serious violations of camp regulations, such as willful damage to school property, will result in immediate dismissal. In the event of a dismissal, no refunds will be offered.

In conforming with NCAA Rules and Regulations, a camper who is academically eligible to enter college in the fall of 2016 cannot attend the Fayetteville State Sports Camps. In addition, an insurance waiver form and physical form must be signed prior to participation. Campers should bring a copy of a recent physical to all camps.


Football Prospect Camp

June 4, 2016

Football will host the initial camp of the summer with their second annual "Prospect Camp" on Saturday, June 4th with registration beginning at 8:15 a.m., camp sessions beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding with a campus tour at 11:00 a.m. Registration is only available the day of the camp at a fee of $40. This camp is targeted for rising high school seniors.

Football Youth Camp

June 20-22, 2016

Broncos football will hold their second annual "Youth Camp" on Monday, June 20th until Wednesday, June 22nd with registration beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the sessions beginning with group organizations at 11:15 a.m. Camp sessions will conclude each day at 4:00 p.m. and campers will be released to their parents/guardians. Registration will be $100, only cash will be accepted if registering the day of the camp. This camp is for children ages six to 13 only.

Women's Basketball

June 20-22, 2016

FSU women's basketball will host the fifth annual "Girls Fundamentals and Skills Basketball Camp" from Monday, June 20th through Wednesday, June 22nd. The three-day camp will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

The camp is open to girls ranging from rising third graders to high school seniors. The registration fee is $75.00 per camper; which includes lunch.

The goal of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of basketball while stressing good sportsmanship and academic achievement. In addition to one-on-one attention from the Lady Broncos' coaching staff and collegiate student-athletes, each camper will receive a camp T-shirt and certificate.

Men's Basketball

June 23-25, 2016

FSU men's basketball will host the annual "Skills Basketball Summer Camp" from Thursday, June 23rd through Saturday, June 25th. The three-day camp will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon.

The camp is open to boys ranging from rising first graders to eighth graders. The registration fee is $50.00 per camper.

The goal of the camp is to provide campers with the instruction by FSU menâ€TMs basketball coaching staff in all basketball fundamentals, including shooting, ball handling, and offensive and defensive footwork. Campers will need the athletic shoes, shorts, and t-shirt each day of camp. Campers should come dressed and prepared to participate in basketball activities.

Women's Volleyball

July 25-26, 2016 | July 27-29, 2016

FSU volleyball camp is designed to offer young ladies the opportunity to learn, improve, and refine the basic fundamental skills of volleyball in a positive and fun atmosphere. The beginners' camp is open to girls ages 9-18 to be held July 25-26; while the advanced camp is open to girls ages 13-18 to be held July 27-29.

Previous team or competitive experience is not required, but all campers will need a desire to improve their skills. The registration fee is $90 for the beginner camp and $125 for the advanced camp. Session will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.


July 16, 2016

The 16th annual "FSU Cheerleading Camp" will be the final summer camp held Saturday, July 16th from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The camp is open to ages four and up. Campers have the option to pre-register at $25 or register the day of the camp at $35.

Cheerleading camp will emphasizes personal, confidence, coordination and body control, simple dance numbers, and basic stunt skills. Participants will enjoy lively music, spirited cheers, and fun performances. They also gain confidence as they learn to perform before an audience, including the closing performance for family and friends.

Softball Summer Camp

August 1-3, 2016

This camp is designed for pitchers and catchers who are 12-17. Pitchers and catchers will learn fundamentals geared toward improving speed, accuracy and injury prevention.
